Prior to your first session, you will be sent forms to complete and a link for your therapy session. During your first session, you will be asked questions to gain information about your background and reasons for reaching out for services with us. This is called an intake or biopsychosocial evaluation.
You will also develop a list of goals so that you can begin planning your treatment. This is called a treatment plan.
